The first time – no matter what the context – is always something special. It's exciting, new, and often a little emotional. That's exactly how it feels when you charge your car at an EnBW charging station for the first time: a brief moment of uncertainty and skepticism mixed with a touch of anticipation for the moment when you've successfully completed the charging process.
But don't worry – charging is really easy and almost effortless. We show just how straightforward it really is in six charming stories featuring very different characters. We accompany them on their first charging experience and gain humorous, authentic insights – full of little quirks and delightful moments of realization.
And who better to tell these stories than the charging station itself? It becomes the voice of our campaign – our charming expert, recounting all those first charging experiences with humor and a warm gaze. Never perfect, but always human.
In the end, every story comes to the same conclusion:
Charging for the first time? No big deal. 





First time charging? No problem, even for former Formula 1 world champions and EnBW ambassadors like Nico Rosberg.
